The Human Connectome Project (HCP) identified a problem with the version
of mris_make_surfaces included with the v5.3.0 distribution of freesurfer.
In some instances, the pial surface created in conjunction with provided
T2 data was not accurate.  However, the 'dev' build of mris_make_surfaces
with CVS date 29 Jan 2014 fixes this problem.

To help the HCP manage this change, a new tarball bundle of v5.3.0 was
created which merely has these changes:

- mris_make_surfaces in freesurfer/bin is the updated 'dev' build
- the contents of the build-stamp.txt are modified to include the
  string "-HCP" at the end to differentiate it from the default v5.3.0
- the tarball name itself has the string "-HCP" appended to it
